Terrible construction noises that kept us awake until 2 am; staff did not help with securing a more comfortable room for us despite a 3 night stay. They offered a larger balcony, but the balcony is constantly getting bombarded with dust and construction materials from the machines below so we couldn’t use it. The hotel is clean which is why I gave it 3 stars. Will not stay there again.

Front staffs were friendly. Check in was smooth. Free parking underground , which shares with the shopping centre next door. Gym room is well is located at the top floor with city views and well equipped. Small delicate desserts were provided in the room during check in. Quiet and pleasant short stay.

Fantastic team! Beautiful breakfast staff. Front desk is very helpful. The only négative point: the management has to fix aircondition system. Only heat is working by now. So the room temperature can go up 35-36 Celsius. İt is imposible to sleep. They recognized this very serious failure but never propose any compensation whatsoever.

While the overall experience was pleasant and comfortable, it is important to note that the hotel does not offer valet parking and baggage handling services.

So nice and clean, the staff is really kind and helpful. They try their best to provide our requests. Hotel food is also nice and tasty. You can it in the restaurant and also you can order to your room. Air conditioning is working so well. Our room had a balcony. I didn't know why in the booking they wrote everywhere they don't have it. I think they need to update this mistake. Because they have nice and big balcony. If you pay more they have sea view rooms also. We had that it's nice sunset you can see. You can find iron and safe boxes, desks, and chairs, some small refrigerator, and kettle. The shower was also so nice and clean inside that you have shampoo, condition, and bodywash, They gave you towels and soup and a toothbrush and toothpaste and many more. The big problem is parking during working day it's so hard find place to park. They don't have a special place for guests to park. Just one parking near there if you find a free place you can park there. The taxi station is so close to the hotel. Pharmacy and a few shops are near the hotel. Also some restaurants and coffeehouse. In 5 min walking you can arrive at the one very small shopping center. It's a totally fine and nice hotel.
