Comfortable room - great location. Helpful staff

Staff was wonderful especially the hostess/bartender Rita. Hotel is further from the city center, but easily accessible with a short train ride. Surrounding area is quiet and calm making for a good night sleep.

Right on train line to get to town. No grocery store or other food in walking distance so that was a minus.

Close to tram to get downtown. No where to eat or get groceries within walking distance though, except hotel which was mediocre food and over priced.

Very good hotel. Comfortable. But some distance from nearby town (Garching) -- durable, but not very convenient.

Schönes Hotel, modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer sehr schön. Rund um zufrieden.

I've stayed at the hotel for a week workshop. It was clean and very quiet. It doesn't have much around but restaurants are one station away.

Very convenient to transportation. Outside of Munich but Garching has some really good restaurants that weren’t too touristy.

Great location ease of access to the train

It was in an area not around restaurants.

One of the worst Marriott Courtyards ever. (1) Hirribke location with poor signage and very very very hard to find (2) Limited space to park near door to check in (3) NO PARKING LOT AFFILIATED WITH HOTEL! (4) NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. Never stay here!!! It cost over €20 per person, (5) Underground parking lot cost €22-25 for 10 hours. Staff did not know if there was an elevator into hotel of where it came into hotel. (6) So add €75-80 for normally free items of bottled water, parking and breakfast. (7) Check in staff could not speak English or German well enough to communicate. (8) No bottled water in rooms. (9) When I went to bar at 9:00 pm for bottle of water, the 60 year old bartender was demonstrably put out to have to get me a bottle of water which I paid for…. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I am very disappointed.

The hotel was nice. The Ubahn being very close was a plus. Other than the hotel options, no restaurants near by, but Garching was just an Ubahn stop away.

The location of the property made it easy to explore the other areas.

As other comments said, shower room easily get wet. Though it is cleaned up every day and towels are changed, used cups are not changed and floor is not cleaned up. They put the cup up side down to pretend they have changed.. I have to say it does not have courtyard quality. Front guys were frienly.
