I am so pleased with the customer service of this hotel. I wanted to just visit Rheingalerie across from the hotel the other day with my two daughters and we realized we had forgotten our bike locks. I did not want to go all the way back home so I went into Moxy and asked for help and they made the biggest effort and locked our two bikes into a separate room out in the back even though we were not even guests there. I was just so pleased and grateful they did that when they did not have to do this at all. Thank you so much Moxy team!

Family Room was enough spacious for 2 adults plus 2 kids. Rooms were neat and clean. Near to city center.. It will be good if they keep at least one bottle of water and a kettle to make some coffee or tea in the Rooms.. Else everything was as expected.

The hotel and the service is terrible!! If you can avoid this option, please do! I’m disappointed this is part of marriot chain. The pillows are sooo uncomfortable, I went down to the front desk at midnight to ask for a difference pillow and they said that most of the customers complain about that but there was no other option, they offered me to use a pillow from the lobby couch. The room is fine, but there are no closets, no lotion… and when I checked out, instead of making it easy and fast, they found out they didn’t have paper to print the invoice, etc

This hotel is perfect 👌, we'll maybe except for the parking 😉. Nice rooms, good service, friendly staff. Would definitely advise!

The rooms can be better. The service is good. The location is very very good. I recommend people who come to Ludwigshafen to reserve in this hotel. I am in the hotel with my family. The children are very happy.
