It was my first time visiting Gramado, and it couldn't be a better place to stay. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel staff was invaluable in giving guidance and help with the parking.

Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

Great place if you visit Gramado

Great location. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance. A little bit noisy in the area. Cleanliness could be a little better.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We love Brasil! We love Gramado and we loved our accommodations. This hotel was within walking distance to everything! While I try to speak very broken Portuguese, it was a relief that some people at the hotel spoke English.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado moderno r confortável

Excellent service from the time of our arrival. There was complimentary valet (for our rental) and our bags were taken up to our room. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful as is all of Gramado. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good and was included in our reservation, open until 10:30 which was great cause we got to sleep in. The outdoor deck connected to the dining room is beautiful--sidenote, we got really awesome weather and no rain. This was really the better option for us because it was in the center of town and we could walk/bike evrywhere. There is another LaGhetto hotel a little further removed. If I am ever back in Gramado, would of course stay here again!

It was an amazing stay. Staff is incredible. My son turned 6 years while we were at the hotel and the staff gave him a special gift and a lot of attention. It is a really nice hotel with a great staff. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the main restaurants.

O quarto era bastante simples e com sinais de desgaste. Porém, era limpo e confortável. O café da manhã era simples também. Ao me ouvir comentar isso com meu marido, uma funcionária ofereceu para que eu pedisse tapioca, omelete ou café espresso. Pedi e demorou bastante. Não vi esse serviço ser oferecido nas outras mesas. A localização é excelente. No todo, foi uma estada confortável, mas pelo valor esperava um pouco de "charme" na acomodação. Já fiquei em hoteis melhores da mesma rede.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita, bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos, bons restaurantes Equipe do hotel super gentil! O quarto e banheiro poderiam ser mais modernos, precisam de uma reforma Restaurante bem espaçoso, mas o café da manhã poderia ter mais capricho!Falta oferecer mais opções de cafés expressos e capuccinos, assim como poderiam ter bolos e pães mais gostosos ! Cozinha poderia ter mais capricho! Mas no geral o hotel agrada, oferece boa academia, e espaço kids, alem de ser bem limpo !

Ótima localização. Hotel limpo e equipe prestativa. Deixaria um ponto de atenção para o café da manhã. Há variedades mas seria mais do mesmo. Senti falta de algo mais autêntico.

O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto enorme e limpissimo e todos os dias a limpeza foi impecável. Os funcionários são bem educados e atenciosos e o café da manhã muito gostoso e variável. Gostei muitíssimo, nota 10.

Muito bem posicionado e com Estacionameto com manobrista. Perto de todos restaurantes Da Borges de Medeiros e rua coberta. Piscina e sala de jogos pequena. O quarto muito bom
