Room was totally different shown from pictures. Old rotten wood, no amenities in room, tv not working. Breakfasts not worth mentioning, worse than continental breakfasts.

Good location, but photos are misleading :( Backyard window view is not a window view at all.

It was an excellent location, great place to stay, public transport connection is exceent, our room was without windows, very dark, room is very outdated, but it was ok to stay as we only slept in and were out all day. You can hear everything (rooms near your room)... Woukd recommend if you are not fussy and sleep over only.

Nice old building, decor a bit old and tired. On a lovely square - the restaurant downstairs is good. Breakfast not served till 8am (we tried to get in at 7:45 and were told to wait even though everything was ready)

Excelente localización. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente el chico de la recepción. Lo único malo es que la limpieza deja un poco que desear, la ducha parecía que no la habían limpiado en mucho tiempo

Second time at this no no nonsense hotel. Clean and tidy and in the perfect location for the shopping and restaurants as well as exploring the old town and the cathedral. Has everything we needed and the square is lovely

Hotel Madrid in Las Palmas has an excellent location in the Triana neighborhood. Many of the important points of interest are close to the hotel.

A real gem, probably seen better days, but wearing its ageing charm with pride. Very convenient for all the sights… and the best coffee served in their own restraint… highly recommended.

Old fashioned hotel in nice neighborhood. Good value for money.

Le camere non sono allo standard degli alberghi,misure piccole con il letto scomodo.un materasso appoggiato sul legno rettangolare. Misura piccola non adatta per una coppia. Pulizia della camera assurda con i peli ovunque. I cuscini scomodi. Sinceramente ogni mattina mi svegliavo con un dolore al collo. Durante la notte si muoveva il letto per quanto era leggero. Dopo le lamentele che abbiamo fatto ci hanno cambiato la camera dandoci una camera per dire più grande ma con 2 letti singoli nonostante avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale. Tutto questo grazie ai messaggi e email scambiati con assistenza di hotel.com e la reception che l’unico punto forte di questa struttura è signor Giovanni che a dire la verità un pezzo di pane è super gentile e disponibile. Lo devo ringraziare per la sua disponibilità e umiltà e gentilezza. Per Per Il resto,la struttura non vale assolutamente essere pubblicato sul vostro portale perché non corrispondono alle foto. Lo considero quasi una truffa

El lugar perfecto para mí

Er ganske mye støy utenfor hotellet om natten. Ellers var det et sjarmerende gammelt hotell.

No me gustó la habitacion exterior pero no por culpa del hotel, eso no, sino q apenas se podia dirmir por la escandalera de la gente en la calle

Bra läge, mysigt område. Sängen för två personer var alldeles för smal. Fanns bara en kudde och ett lakan. Hafsigt inrett med ett dammigt kylskåp mitt på golvet. Rumsnyckeln slutade fungera. Egentligen är detta ett drömhotell men det skulle behöva mycket kärlek för att leva vidare.
