I was very pleased with the reception staff. They made a genuine effort to speak English, which I greatly appreciated. Their friendliness and willingness to help made my stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic and couldn't be better .

Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Staff was very nice and polite, no exception. The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas. The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead.

Room was in good condition but bathroom walls were not clean and need new caulkings. Breakfast was very good and staff was very courteous and professional.

The complimentary breakfast was good and I liked the view from my room. The bathroom was not clean and the pillows were completely flat.

The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

This is a great location for work trips, if you need access to the commercial area. The hotel however, needs a bit more renovation. I have been staying here for at least three years now and the hotel is upgrading. For example, all of the lights I found are now LED. Great for conserving energy and keeping the amount of heat produce down. In addition, this isn't a place to walk around after dark

Nossa estadia foi bem positiva, mas com alguns pontos de atenção. O quarto estava limpo e a equipe de funcionários se destacou pela educação e cordialidade no atendimento. Outro ponto forte foi o café da manhã, que era bem variado e gostoso. Por outro lado, a estrutura do quarto merece uma modernização, já que a televisão e o ar-condicionado são aparelhos bastante antigos. No geral, vale pelo custo benefício de um bom serviço e um ótimo café da manhã.
