It was a good stay in general definitely coming back, the view from the restaurant is very beautiful and the receptionist that works there offered us coffee even though we missed breakfast. Just I would insist on cleanliness

Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!

Staff was a little unhelpful and tried to charge me for things such as spa ect, although I had already paid for the use of these, as i had all inclusive package. They also complained that I didn’t book directly with them and tried to blame issues that I had, saying that I booked with expedia and should have booked directly with them….although I’m based in the U.K. I doubt if I would be staying again

Very nice and welcoming staff

Rooms have no air conditioning, I had to sleep with my windows opened for 10 days, and the noise of the cars in the street would not let me rest properly. The cleaning staff for the first 2 days kept opening my room door even though there was a "do not disturb" sign at the door. The hotel could use more cleaning for the windows in the room and outside. Other than that the staff is friendly, respectful and very professional. The restaurant is amazing. Location is good, parking is not quite so. Few parking spaces below the hotel and very narrow. Still though I would rebook in this facility soon. The prayer every morning was peaceful and the view of the ocean from my window magnificent. The staff did everything they could to accommodate all my needs and were prompt to solve any issue that arrived. Very good property and service overall

Nice hotel but there was an issue with my booking. The expedia booking that was already paid for was not showing on the hotel system. The staff managed to sort something but between Expedia and the hotel something didn't work. The rooms are nice but the staff didn't clean the tea cups (only replaced the used one on the tray). Food is not great either. And be aware it's a dry hotel (most of Algiers is apparently).

A most wonderfulness stay at a modern, clean, well appointed hotel. It is not in the heart of Algiers but taxis are plentiful and the hotel is well known to all. The panoramic restaurant offers sublime views and great dinner options. The restaurant manager went out of his way to help me get some great photos of the Algiers skyline and to recreate a truly European coffee for me!

Wonderful views, Excellent facilities, Hip and young.. but don't expect to get an answer on the phone whether from outside or inside the hotel.. you need to get to the reception in person to get answers and stuff..

I stayed at this hotel back in August. I must say it was probably the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were so pleasant and extremely helpful . There was a mix up with my reservation due to an issue with the "booking.com and hotels.com" . They sorted the issue out for me with out any problems and were very accommodating. I had dinner with my girl friends at the restaurant and the kitchen staff was also amazing. Everyone who works here is polite and professional . I will defiantly book this hotel every time I take a trip to Algeria!

The service at this hotel was brilliant, from as soon as we arrived outside the hotel right to the end of our stay. The staff were fabulous. We felt very welcome. The rooms were clean. The service was brilliant. Definitely will visit again.

What an amazing hotel right in the heart of Alger. Check in process started off rocky as my friend and I booked 2 seperate rooms. She booked weeks ahead of me thru a different travel agency and there was a mixup with her dates, nonetheless the hotel was fully booked that weekend. After sometime, it got fixed and we all were checked in and couldn't wait to spend the night there as we wanted to get ready at the hotel for a family's wedding. We were extremely hungry so my friends and I (4 ladies) decided to try their buffet. It was good and enjoyable, not the best but it was good. The staff was amazing, catered to our needs, and extremely friendly. The restaurant closed around 11 but they still let us hang around in the terrace and even bought us tea on the house and few fruits. My friends son was out with the guys and was extremely hungry. At this time it was around 1 am, again restaurant is closed; we asked if there was any chance we can get food for the baby outside that's open. Can you believe the chef made a plate of food for the son? FRESH too ! Totally won me over ! Nonetheless we loved the hotel so much that we booked another night to just hangout and unwind after the wedding. Merci l'équipe Lamaraz ! Vous êtes tous incroyables Mashallah ! Till next year....

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff are very helpful and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro, and has a lovely view of the city and sea. We would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.

Hotel staff are so professional, friendly and supportive. The food is great, the bed is comfortable, convenient distance to most attractions and the view from restaurant is fabulous

I liked this hotel, staf is very friendly. Rooms was very clean. I hope to stay again in the next trip
