Nice room and bathroom. Very quiet in the hotel. Staff were friendly. However, our room was at the front of the hotel and the road is very noisy. There is no air conditioning or fans in the room, so at this time of year, it's too warm to shut the window. The rooms could benefit from a fan

Friendly staff. Very responsive. Miss as kettle in the room but otherwise great for 1 night. The room is a bit too small for a longer stay.

The facilities were excellent, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is ok. The only drawback is it's a 10-minute walk to restaurants. However, the neighborhood is very beautiful, so it's a pleasant 10 minute walk.

Night receptionists were very nice and helpful. Asked for extra duvet and they provided me with on extra blanket.

Good bathroom, quiet place. Doesn’t connect with public transportation very well unless you have a car. I miss having coffee/tea in the room.

Very convenient. Lovely staff, free drinks.

Overall a very nice modern chain. Clean, attractive decor - and very comfortable bed and bedding. Perhaps a little pricey, but it is the Netherlands, where you get a lot of value from the infrastructure of country.

Good value

No parking construction right to our room ground floor. No fridge in room was told upon check out you can get one for 5euro a day.

Wonderful stay

As noted in other reviews, beds are soft but pillows were quite nice. Rooms do not cool and were warm even with window open. No fans in room. Free Coffee service only from 7a ~ 10a

The hotel is great. The only draw back is the location. Not convenient for people who doesn’t have their own car. Great service, great staff 👍

Convenient for the train into Amsterdam No tea/coffee making facilities but free tea And coffee in the bar area until 10pm.
