The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late night.

No organization at all. Going to get food from the buffet is like going to war. Restaurants à la carte are closed even if the hotel is at capacity. One restaurant “Taste of Spain” that is open serves only ONE menu every day. Not menu to choose from, just one plate. Majority of people not waiting the bracelet indicating they’re part of the all inclusive yet they’ll eating and drinking. The reception indicated that room service isn’t available, but saw multiple “friends” of the staff getting this service. It is a chaotic place. Please avoid at all cost. We go a lot to other all inclusives in Morocco, this was our worst experience ever.

Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented.

Dirty Rooms... mosquitoes on the walls ... either stuck on the wall or splattered in the walls. blood on the floor in some instances ... The staff doesn’t care about our presence ... seems to be doing us a favor more than service. Food was mostly bland .. or cold ... despite many choices available. Same problem as every other hotel in Morocco... great location and property but terribly run and terrible customer service. These should be given to hotel management groups with experience...

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel : le personnel est accueillant et l’établissement est propre. Par contre, les moustiques sont un vrai problème. Nous avons demandé des prises anti-moustiques, mais on nous a dit qu’il n’y en avait plus. Finalement, c’est ma belle-sœur (qui ne logeait même pas à l’hôtel, mais qui connaît du monde dans l’établissement) qui a pu nous en récupérer. C’est dommage, car cela donne l’impression que tous les clients ne sont pas traités de la même façon. Ce point mériterait vraiment d’être amélioré pour rendre le séjour plus confortable.

Un 5 étoiles, non 2 étoiles serait plus approprié ! Entre le personnel de l'accueil qui vous prend de haut, le personnel du restaurant qui se dispute avec celui de la cuisine devant les clients et l'ensemble qui déambule en riant fort ou en criant c'est une vrai catastrophe !

De kamer die wij hadden geboekt met zeezicht was uitverkocht. Inchecken ging vlot, maar we moesten bijna 1.5uur wachten totdat we een kamer toegewezen kregen. De kamer was ruim met balkon maar qua hygiene was het een drama. Dode insecten op het nachtkastje, een afdruk van lipstick op het beddengoed wat blijkbaar geprobeerd was het te verwijderen met een natte doekje. Dat plekje was namelijk erg nat. Beddengoed voelde ook klam en vochtig aan, alsof het nog niet helemaal droog was. Hier en daar mankementen in de badkamer. Zwembad was nogal klein voor het aantal capaciteit wat daar verbleef. Zo ook met prive strand. Er zijn te weinig strandstoelen met parasol waardoor je genoodzaakt bent een normale stoel te huren, daar betaal je voor. Het eten was ok en ruim. Het restaurant zelf was schoon maar buiten kon je ook eten alleen helaas waren de stoelen zo vies en verroest en het stonk ontzettend. Het is een groot resort, het is begrijpelijk dat het personeel niet alles op orde kan krijgen zoals het een 5sterren resort beaamt, alleen er waren dingen die écht de nodige aandacht nodig hadden zoals bovengenoemde. Locatie was ideaal en de bagagedragers waren echt aardig en behulpzaam.
