Staff was very courteous and very helpful

The bath was leaking water. Other than that it's ok.

The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. Food yummy! View and rooftopamazing! Location perfect!

Great staff, the fries on the roof terrace were superb, breakfast was excellent. The room was lovely and rituals products in the bathroom. Fabulous!

An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc. What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel. The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

Staff were all very helpful, spoke excellent English, were patient with our broken Spanish. They were accommodating, interesting sources of local information, and enhanced our amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious, beds were super comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, quiet and the turn down service was excellent. Location of the hotel is prefect being so close to the metro.

The staff were very accomodating, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful. We had New Years Eve dinner in the restaurant, and amazingly, the chef cooked vegetarian menu just for us two that night! Eight plates were all very imaginative and delicious! The only thing that could improve was that there was no follow-up of joy up on the roof terrace, not even a countdown! Fun time seemed petered out by then.

The front desk reception are so friendly and welcoming, very clean room, quiet. A very lovely hotel!

Hot breakfast are good. A lot of choices of restaurants around the area and walkable. There’s grocery store across the street for souvenirs to take home. The rooftop is nice to relax in the afternoon. Very center. Thry accommodate us for early check in since our flight arrived very early and our room was already ready so we have time for a power nap after 9 hours flight before we explore the area.

What a beautiful hotel. The room was classy, balcony had a great view, and Mia at the front desk was beyond helpful and also knew so much about the local history. Highly recommended!
