Parking is not great in the area. Front desk wasn’t so helpful

Great hotel in a great location, just slightly outside the downtown core. Hotel has a cool industrial vibe that I liked alot. It is attached to Deig Bakery, which is a plus and close to lots of restaurants. Good room darkening blinds for the summer time (super important in Iceland), comfy bed and a great bathroom and shower.

Stayed here just one night and loved it. The location is incredibly convenient and both the restaurant and bakery are great. The rooms are cozy and the spa is beautiful. We did use the parking garage (about $35/night) but it’s very small and only fits sedans and compact SUVs.

Great location, clean, comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff were very helpful with booking tours and suggesting sites to see. It’s located right the harbour and is surrounded by things to do and places to eat. Our room had a very comfortable bed and was nice and quiet.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although one of our rooms was too hot. Rooms that face the street get a bit of noise. The service was excellent and the breakfast wonderful.

The Exeter hotel exceeded our expectations when we arrived and we didn’t want to leave. The room was clean, amenities were great and he staff was incredibly nice. Great location to walk into the bustling area around rainbow street too. We utilized the free luggage lockers as well that fit two care ons, one large suitcase and two backpacks in two separate lockers. The bagel cafe is a must try as well. We got the Churchill and a vanilla donut that were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel! Location is fantastic and desk staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The attached bagel place and cafe (Kock) are also quite good. When we return, we’ll stay here again for sure.

The room was fairly small but the location was excellent and we enjoyed the onsite cafe and bar.

Friendly staff. Centrally located in the heart of the city. Although on-site parking is listed, there are limited 7 spots, and we end up having to park on the street.

Cool modern vibe. Great location. Great bakery and nearby restaurants. Our 2nd stay at the property and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and amenities were great. Our only complaint is our room was hot and there was no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature .

The hotel was very central to downtown and an easy walk to the Old Harbor. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the included breakfast each day.

The Exeter Hotel met my expectations fully. Our room, though small, was comfortable. The breakfast was ample, varied and good. The attached Le Kock restaurant and Deig bakery enhance food choices and convenience. The bakery is fabulous. Our location was convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the waterfront is across the street. Parking availability was good as well. I would stay there again.
