It's a shame that this hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, even though we're staying for three nights. With the additional cost, breakfast offers a less appealing selection. It's better to skip breakfast, as breakfast options around the hotel are more enjoyable.

This hotel is in the city center, strategic because it can be reached by bus A11 from and to the airport.

The bed so harden , no amenities inside the toilet , Hotel location near to market , easy for muslim to eat halal fast food , groceries shop also surrounding , public transport (tram) infront of hotel , MTR need to walk 5 minutes to station

None of the staff were friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, especially the concierge staff who were old and annoying.

Towel is changed everyday, they clean the room everyday. A lot of food and beverage near by the hotel. MTR is nearby. Bus A11 to and from the airport is only 3 minutes away walk from the hotel.

The location is very good. Near the market, near public transportation. Only on the first day of February 6th. The lights and everything went out completely from 11 pm to 2 am. So the room was very hot
