We had a great overall experience in the costa grand resort. The studio room was great, early morning sunshine experience from the balcony with sea right in front of you, the nice breeze in the evening, walking by the sea, shops and restaurants in Kalmari area which is happening till midnight. Swimming pool facilities and the cleaning associates will be visible cleaning the properties all the time. Regarding any other suggestions, I would prefer to have the Main Reception being tagged in google maps/ roads for tourists who are visiting on their own by cars. Since the mail buildings are same, it is difficult to identify the mail reception and no indicators are available to reach the Reception Office. I need to get down and ask resort people to provide the driving path for the mail parking/reception. Thanks to the whole Resort team in making our stay memorable.

Property is stunning, missing just small details and consistency in the service at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner .

Close to the airport but after a day you got use to it. The beach is extremely rocky. My private pool had an overwhelming amount of ants surrounding it. So I couldn’t use it in the afternoons. However the staff was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was close to the nearby shops and nightlife.

Absolutely beautiful property that gives you all of the Santorini vibes.

We’ve just returned home from this fabulous hotel, right on the beach so we could hear the sea in our room. Our beach front suite 216 was well worth the upgrade. All staff were invariably friendly and helpful, and all areas were immaculate. The food was delicious and varied. We felt we got the holiday we paid for.

We absolutely loved The Costa Grand and Santorini. The Costa Grand was lovely, the staff polite and professional and very helpful. The restaurants were great. The only issue you may want to consider is the fact that the planes fly really low as it approaches the airport. It is quite noisy, although, you soon get used to it. We were touring around the island most of the day so it really didnt' bother us.

great property right on the beach. Plenty of pools. The only real issue i had is the breakfast is not very good and they serve the same thing everyday. Concierge was very helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I thought it was very kind and a really friendly touch that they upgraded our room free of charge because they heard about our difficult journey with a diverted flight. The hotel is beautiful with white buildings looking right onto the sea. Our beachfront room opened up to the pool area and we had a beautiful sea view and 4 of the pools and sunbed areas look out onto the sea as well. Because there are so many pools it is not difficult to get a sunbed each day. The hotel is also on the strip and only a short walk from the bars and restaurants in Kamari. You can also get a bus to Fira from kamari very nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

While this property is on the opposite side of Santorini from Fira and Oia, we found it even better than those areas. It's not hard to get to the beautiful cities previously mentioned from Kamari beach, but if you're looking for a relaxing, slower vibe for your vacation then Costa Grand is ideal. The staff is incredible, the pools and beach are stunning and the village of Kamari is such an easy walk.

This is a stunning property, with very friendly helpful staff. It is very clean & comfortable. It is on the flight path, but there went that many planes in & out so not a huge problem. The breakfast is fantastic & some of the hot food changes for variety. Plenty of options for us as we have to eat gluten free. Can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Stunning.

Beautiful resort in a fabulous location. The staff were very helpful. Wonderful food - would highly recommend the a la carte menu. I will definitely be returning.

Airport very close , so expect noise from plane landing. Beach rocky , no sand, so swimming was challenging . studio good size and nice view to beach

This hotel is immaculate…. The noise from the planes however is the reason I wouldn’t got back.

The hotel was kept clean at all time; the staff at front of house, concierge and cleaning team were excellent and we felt well looked after. I only didn’t give 5 stars because options like poached egg were not available, seed mix was not replenished once it was finished it was not replenished the next day. It would be nice for the hotel to stock seeds such as chia, flaxseed and sunflower seeds just for health conscious guests. Yes there are plane noises but only during the day and it’s not annoying. If you really don’t to be under a flight path then this isn’t the hotel for you but you will miss out on lovely staff and beautiful sunrise views every day.
