Lovely nice and clean friendly staff but the dogs I never have a lift door open to a large pit bull type dog wearing a nappy and a smaller dog big dog barking loudly was scary 😟

Stay here a few times and it never disappoints! Always clean. Nice rooms I was on the 7th floor and the view was amazing !

We booked to stay here as we were going to a wedding nearby. It was a great hotel and the bed was very comfy.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, close to shopping centre and easy access to the city via the train. A very nice place to stay.

Great accomodation option

It would have been a nice hotel if is cleaner. The smell got bad at lv1 with smoke room/air well access. Bird poop and dead roaches were spotted. We were arranged to one of the room at lv1, it has a funky smell (suspect E cigarette) in it when we entered. We didn't think much of it, opened the window for some ventilation and left quickly for dinner before restaurants closed. We returned, the smells was still there after ventilated for couple of hours. We ask for room change but we were told is too late, and the hotel is fully booked? Obviously not, as we saw from outside not even a quarter of the room were lighted up. The staff air wick sprayed the room, it kinda helps. The smell got lesser after we ventilate it for another day. The unpleasant encounter causes us to cancel our next booking with Quest another town. Glad we did.

The Quest was clean and comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly. Our room had a great view of Perth City. My only concern was the lack of parking, only 5 spaces. Overall we had a lovely weekend

Quest Midland was in a great location as i had a meeting in the area. Facilities were on ponint and staff very welcoming.

The stay was good and location for what we required over Christmas, however The carpet, lounge and foot stool were badly stained and dirty - needs a shampoo, also water pressure an issue if someone else having a shower or using water in another unit. the drain plug in bathroom sink was not right part for the sink and didn't seal. overall if these issues are rectified would recommend.

Toilet was Smelling bad and exhaust not working properly. The room service people did not changed bedsheet and cleaned room nicely

Service was friendly and very helpful. I like been able to keep my pet with me. The room was modern and clean.

Great location and within walking distance of shops and cafes. Very clean and the rooms have all the amenities you need for a stay

The standards we're very good, only things maybe is larger glasses and couch comfortable but needs a clean on arm also balcony furniture needed padding Due to the cost of valet parking had to park my car in public car park putting my car at risk but I gather all hotels charge about the same amount

Parking was an issue, otherwise access to shops and restaurants was great. Staff were very helpful.

Near Midland Gate for shopping with many cafes, restaurants around. Hotel is very clean but certain things need addressing. Howling wind coming from under door which rattled during the night even when patio door was closed. Tv had a life of its own and switched from tv to various apps without remote being touched. Had to keep turning tv off to rectify. Pillows are the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced but bed was comfy.What made this stay special was allowed dogs to stay with you. Small terrace outside for them to go out. Fee for dog was a reasonable $35 p night.

The spilt system was leaking, causing the room carpet to be wet and the dripping sound keep us up all night.

Comfortable stay but parking was an issue. You have to park in Public Car Park and pay extra.
