We have had an absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has provided exceptional customer service. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The apartments are modern, beautifully presented, and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. They are spotlessly clean, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the property to a very high standard. The daily housekeeping has been outstanding, keeping everything fresh and immaculate. The location is also perfect – just a one-minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Crete.

Wow the staff were amazing so helpful

Very nice compound steps from the sea front with parking and no need to drive. Small beach town with many food and drink options, supermarket choices, and a very beautiful harbor with loungers and umbrella service. Close to heraklion, but isolated from any hustle at all. A perfect stay in a quiet town.

Impossible to have total darkness at night, which was frustrating, but the biggest problem was not being able to leave the room because the lock jammed. It took the owner almost 15 minutes, using a selection of keys, before we could literally escape. It was utterly impossible to leave by any other means, given the height of our room, which suggests that something desperately needs to be done about this in case of fire or other emergency. This massively tainted what was otherwise a reasonable stay.

Check in was great. The room was clean and the pool area very nice. We did not have any beach view. We had to check out by 8 am but no one was there until just 8 am to open the locked gate for us. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am but the staff person who came at 8 said it would take her another 30 min to get breakfast ready so we just left without it. Area around the hotel is quite congested and it was difficult to get down to the location.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We honestly cannot fault them at all! We would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing week at Seascape. Previous reviews are spot on. Great location, just a stones throw from the beach and local amenities. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We are hoping to return next year.

Wonderful, clean and modern site. Great staff, very helpful. The only bad experience was a local power outage on our last day that affected dinner and such. Not hotel’s fault but could be common in that region of Greece. Otherwise would have given five stars - definitely would recommend this location !

The property in general is impeccably clean ,staffs are accommodating and respectful however,that big of a property has to have a standby generator in times of blackout.With my almost 24 hours stay,there was a total 4-5 hours power interruption which is a lot to deal but in general,I will still consider coming back to this place ! PS The property is few steps to the restaurants and bars and the beach⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent 8 nights here in a sea view apartment. Loved the accommodation, really well designed and very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the little balcony and chilling by the pool. Excellent location, just a few steps from the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend

Last minute decision was a first class choice. Everything you could ask for. So much has been thought of for an enjoyable stay. One of the most powerful built in hairdryers !! Eye for detail to make your stay comfortable. Quiet location plenty of sunbeds around the two tier pools. Pool side bar perfect for breakfast. Shops supermarket bars and restaurants all within 5 minute walk. Beach is convenient location. Great food and drink. Late minute check out thought too.

This is a perfect beach hotel apartment. The pool areas are very nice and quiet. The food service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location for our first trip to Agia Pelagia.

We stayed here for a 5 night holiday, looking for a totally relaxing stay. Seascapes was the perfect place for us. The deluxe pool-view apartment was spacious, with a small kitchen which was great if you want to save on eating out every meal. Particularly as there are several supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, with fresh ingredients. We loved making our own Greek salads for lunch on the balcony (with ouzo of course!). The resort is a 1 minute walk from the seafront where most of the restaurants are located. We had a great meal out at a different restaurant every evening. We especially recommend ICE bar for drinks and Mythos restaurant for food. There are also lots of shops with traditional Cretan souvenirs and products. Everything you could need is within a 3 minute walk. Very comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom. There was service every day to freshen towels and empty the bins. The only thing we missed was a washing machine. The two pools were both beautiful places to relax with a book. There was no competition (or reserving with towels) for sunbeds, we came and went as we pleased and always found a perfect spot. It was quiet and felt like a very safe atmosphere. Great for LGBT+ guests. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. They really did just want us to have the best holiday possible. Everything was stress-free. Thank you Seascapes for our wonderful holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape a lot. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The appartment had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well.
