Good hotel

The hotel’s facilities were excellent, but because check in and out was digital, I never interacted with hotel staff. The online portal said breakfast was at a fee, but I was told afterward it was included. I’m disappointed that this wasn’t clearer and better articulated.

Excellent, helpful staff. Room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Location walking distance to the city centre and many tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

Room is fine. Cleaning on demand is annoying but should at least be an extra towel. Breakfast extortionate.

Because this is an eco hotel you're unable to control the temperature of the room, also, the shower water was barely warm at it's highest temperature setting. The bathroom floor also looked like it was in need of a good cleaning. If you can overlook these things at least the bed was comfortable!

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the coverings plenty warm on frigid nights. The staff was very friendly explaining breakfast choices and restaurant options nearby. The hotel is an easy walk along cobblestone streets from the main train station. Two grocery stores are nearby, along with a variety of restaurants.

Such a lovely hotel with great service!

We had booked a standard double room but on arrival the wonderful receptionist offered us an upgrade for a very reasonable rate. She also gave us some great recommendations for where to go in Copenhagen and circled some areas of interest on a map. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need such as ironing board, fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. We were also given the choice of how often we wanted our room cleaned to help make our stay more eco-friendly and avoid unnecessary cleaning. The decor in the bar was very stylish and it was a great place to sit and chat. It was popular with the locals as well as hotel guests. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quieter than some other parts of the city but still has plenty to see and do. It’s easy to get to other parts of the city as the train station and metro are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms in a great location close to incredible dining options and transport

Prompt early check in. Room great, good shower. Comfortable. No hospitality tray in the room but coffee/tea available in the lobby (no charge). Housekeeping efficient. Breakfast buffet great. Check out was midday! Would stay again.

Great sized room for 4, though the sleeper sofa was pretty worn out. Room appeared to be an accessible room though and there was an open shower. This drenched the floor with every shower and made it a slipping hazard. Breakfast was fabulous. Gluten and dairy free options available. Close to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Copenhagen.

This hotel is perfect for a business trip. Well located, clean, delicious breakfast.

Stayed here several times and really like the hotel and location. Breakfast, however, has really gone downhill. Will not purchase again if purchase is required. Really disappointed this time
