Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut. Lage gut. Standardzimmer sind sehr einfach. Tägliche Zimmerreiniging nur nach Voranmeldung – trotz Voranmeldung ist keine Reinigung erfolgt.

Good bed & great pillows. Pretty good soundproofing. Water pressure etc all fine. Breakfast was very nice although no allergen labels and no GF options offered for bread etc. Free WiFi was slow and spotty (they push the paid premium options which i find annoying). Requested quiet room but I was right over the garage (annoying noise). Work table /chair not adjustable and really uncomfortable. So I guess another room and paid WiFi upgrade would help….? Close to the Uni so good for visiting colleagues.

Breakfast was very disappointing, in terms of availability (most of bowls were empty) and quality (tastless food). Austrian hotels of same level have usually great breakfast, but this one was a big disappointment.

It’s a rather new hotel, functional and clean. But it could also be located in Stuttgart, Linz etc. to me there is a lack of character. Same fir the breakfast. No nice and local cheese, ham etc. nothing special. Very mediocre. What I did not enjoy is the fact that I asked for cleaning and they didn’t. Minimal conversations at the reception as well. No additional information or offers, no asking if everything was alright. There is mire Potenzial. The hotel is also well located

The shower was truly the 2nd worst I’ve experienced in Austria in the past 11 years.

Great, modern and super clean rooms. The location was nice and the area safe and walkable. Super convenient for big luggage because it has elevators. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting graz.

A Modern choice that is right up against the old town. It's a nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the walkable location of the hotel to the old town, river and the Clock Tower Hill Park.

The hotel is located right in the center. All main sights are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, quiet and overall good value for the money. Parking on site is expensive though (30 Euros per day).

Good location, large room, overall pretty decent hotel with parking garage attached. Stayed two nights for MotoGP Redbull ring.
