The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great stay. The property is new and really well designed. The breakfasts is amazing.

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Great location, easily accessible by car. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, definitely up to Hilton international standards. Also great location, as it's close to Praia Brava. I was quite happy with the service as well.

Apesar da bandeira Hilton, o hotel faz um estilo mais econômico. Apesar da beleza das áreas comuns, o serviço é mínimo e deficiente. Poucos funcionários, lentidão, cafeteria que fecha às 21:30h. O quarto também merece maiores cuidados de manutenção. O café da manhã é bom.

Worst, unsafest hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. I came back to the hotel to find THERE WAS A COUPLE IN MY ROOM! Yes, another couple in my bed, with access to my stuff. While I was complaining at the lobby, I was attacked by another guest, security just stayed there watching. I had to demand the receptionist to call the police. Next day, the manager acted like this was not a big deal. Someone else in my room, attacked at the lobby...manager did not even apologized. A 1-star hostel is safer than this place. Do not stay here, pick a hotel where your stuff is safe.

Was in general a good stay. The beds are not comfortable, too hard and low quality pillows.

Horrivel. Nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado, não solicitatamos esse tipo de quarto. Ao reclamar eles alegaram que era o unico disponivel, sendo que tinham varios quartos à venda naquele dia. Mesmo que não fosse isso, o check in é demorado, com filas enormes toda vez que vc precisa da recepção. Parece que tem apenas uma pessoa trabalhando no hotel inteiro. O estacionamento é pago e carissimo. 35 reais a diaria e não existe outra opçao por perto. Investem em hall de entrada e orquideas na recepção e esquecem de investir em pessoal. Não tem wifi. Os quartos parecem ter paredes falsas, pois escutavamos as crianças do quarto ao lado. As cortinas não vedam bem, e como o quarto é quase todo de vidro, as 6 da manhã está tudo claro. A cama e travesseiros são excelentes. Café da manhã bom. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Um hotel que ja fiquei anteriormente porém com essa estada me decepcionei. Não foi falado no ato da reserva que as areas de lazer do hotel estariam fechadas (o diferencial do hotel é esse). Foi cobrado uma taxa de 15 reais para eu poder pedir uma taça e um abridor de vinho. Quando fui buscar as taças, pois não tem serviço de quarto, não havia mais, tivemos que tomar vinho em copo tulipa, a desculpa foi que “os hóspedes não estavam devolvendo as taças”. No café da manhã, chegamos por volta das 10:15, já não havia reposição dos itens, sobrando pouca comida pra quem resolve dormir um pouco mais no domingo. O café encerra as 10:30, espera-se que até as 10:30 ao menos tenha disponibilidade dos pratos.
