Nice big rooms, close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast is ok!

Excelente atención, el staff super amable, nos ayudaron en todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno buffet Excelente y rico, cuartos comodos para viajar en familia (con 02 nin̈os), cerca a las estaciones del subte 6 minutos caminando y puedes llegar a todos lados en el, desde centros comerciales y atracciones turísticas. Esta céntrico hay tiendas cerca para comprar bebidas y alimentos que te sacan de apuros.

Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience.

they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day. No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout.

There is no Gym in the property, the staff is Chilean, therefore friendliness is not part of their culture. They were helpful enough. Nothing bad. Breakfast is great. The room was very nice, clean and modern with great AC.

Buen servicio, limpio, lo unico que me decepciono fue que agarré este hotel porque ponen foto con vistas desde el cuarto y no se ve nada de vistas, me arrepentí de no haber agarrado otro hotel que ofrecía desayuno gratis y lavandería. Este no tiene lavandería. El desayuno es caro 15,000 clp por persona y no está tan bueno.

The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026

I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel.
