Went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The staff, Azzam, upgraded our room to a terrace facing the beach. It was fabulous and we both enjoyed our time. Breakfast was amazing with a generous spread and quality taste.

The breakfast buffet is top-notch. I love the ambiance, the room, the scent of the lobby. It’s really convenient for families with kids as it provides everything. Got a nice beach, various pools, and a bathtub; hence, kids can choose anything.

room was spacious, staff service standards good, lots of options to do in hotel including direct access to beach. 1 minor turnoff - carpark is rather narrow at some areas with sewage smell at the lowest deck.

The best ever hotel at Desaru I ever had. Thank you so much 🤗 Never request for the treats on that day. But when they knew it was my birthday, I got the cake, balloon at our bed & the wishes on the mirror. Very good service!! ♥

Great accomodations! Breakfast spread was good, however waiting time despite already booked eating slot was a bit disappointing.

Spacious and comfy room, refreshing shower. Generous two big bottles of drinking water. Social distancing well observed by friendly and helpful staff. Short walks to beach and nearby Hard Rock shop.

A wonderful staycation! The room is spacious and comfortable. We enjoy the play at beach very much. Surely will come back again!

Nice hotel. Excellent services by all staffs from check in, breakfast restaurant and checkout. Great facilities and view from room balcony.

The view was awesome & its very near to private beach. My children enjoyed their 'beaching' moments soo much. Special thanks to.superb Ms Nina upon check in who attended us nicely.. definitely will repeat our visit here. voila!!
