All nice and clean

The breakfast was average, the staff at screening is in need of training, I have booked this hotel for 66 birthday they have ruined it, I wished I didn’t stayed at the hotel, in the bathroom they have put two shampoo bottles, either they might not know there are other thing can used in the shower such as shower jell, conditioners and when you have booked Senior Suite with Jacuzzi there is nothing to use waste of money.

We stayed in senior suit. It was the best hotel room I have ever stayed. Staff is ok but not great though. Location is not great but it was very convenient for our business. I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great, just not pleased with breakfast, not a good range. The had french toast but wasn’t cooked well. My omelette wasn’t cooked well. Room was better than the pictures. Location was good. English was good from the staff. I wouldn’t stay again only because of the breakfast. Steam room was nice and free to use. Staff at spa was excellent

I’d like to extend my thanks to Nurhan for her warm hospitality and for always refreshing our room with a genuine smile. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Single rooms have lrss ventilations but breakfast is super continental with variety foods to choice.

Very good variety at breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. specially Lilia at the reception was very helpful. Definitely rebooking it next year.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and a great way to relax—especially since they open early at 6:30, which is perfect for starting the day refreshed. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just meters away, making it really easy to get around the city and explore all the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
