Room was impeccable, sauna and a provided Tuesday body scrub were amazing! Points take away for non-textile sauna- not everyone is comfortable naked in public. Amazing choice of tea and coffee in the lobby, restaurant seems very nice. Amenities in the hotel are great and points for pads and tampons in the boxes provided- huge plus!

Very nice place, good rooms and a huge breakfast selection. The only thing to watch is that prices swing quite widely. When they are low it is very good value for money. It is also within walking distance of Warsaw Central station.

I’m really glad we chose to stay at Puro. The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything in the Centrum area, all the way down to the Old Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and places to eat just steps away from the hotel. Our room was comfortable and well-designed. The only feedback I have is that there wasn’t enough space to store our clothes. We stayed for a week in November and brought quite a bit with us. Keeping everything in our suitcases wasn’t ideal, especially since there wasn’t much room to place the luggage except on the bed. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. The staff spoke English, which made communication super easy. I would definitely consider staying here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. - Staff fantastic - Very tech friendly rooms - Food really good - Lots of restaurants close by Just great in every way. Stay here, you will love it.
