Very nice stay! Beds are on the harder side but the villas we great overall!

The bungalow was superb. Very clean and great facilities - and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and made us feel completely at home - nothing was too much trouble - and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot praise Natura Resort enough and we will be back - for sure.

I stayed for 2 nights in order to be close to Bilbao for the football. When I checked out I mistakenly didn’t ask for the receipt, the lady told me that it will all be sorted automatically from my booking. When I come home I see they charged me nearly double the amount they were supposed to. They have so far not refunded me the money.

Nice staff

The staff is wonderful. This is nice way to chill while exploring the Rioja Valley.

Everything about this place is great; but the staff make it exceptional! I was visiting with my senior dog and they made us feel right at home. The parking is easy, there is a great restaurant on site, the grounds are beautiful, and it's very close to Haro. Everything in the villa was thought-out and there is plenty of space, inside and outside. Wifi was good and each room has A/C. The only thing I would suggest is to add a coffee maker(Nespresso or similar) in the room. I will definitely return soon!

Allt finns på området och personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi hade en stuga med två sovrum och det var bra disponerat. På området fanns en bra pool med bar och mycket bra restaurang på kvällen. Vi rekommenderar barnfamiljer att åka dit då det kändes som ett paradis för familjer.
