Strategic hotel, close to everywhere.

Old building, but still well maintained with good facilities

The hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are large, the hotel staff are friendly, the hotel location is strategic, there are many culinary places, the breakfast at the hotel is delicious and has many variations, in short, next time I will stay again at Amarossa

4-star class with a rate of 650K but facilities, service 2/10. When I arrived there was no security in the lobby, parking was difficult, the lobby smelled fishy, the hallway smelled fishy, the room smelled fishy. Entering the room the door was a bit difficult to open even though I tried 4 times. The yellow blanket smelled and itchy so I didn't use it. The room smelled musty... many of the room lights were dead, the TV remote was broken. The gym facilities, the pool were not maintained and dusty. The hotel atmosphere was damp and quiet. I swear I don't really recommend it. Disappointed... even though the one in Bekasi looked very luxurious, the one in Bandung was 2/10.

As a frequent visitor to Bandung, I had high expectations for this 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay didn't reflect the standards of a star-rated hotel. When I first entered the room, it was still dusty, so I had to ask the staff to clean it again. The room facilities appeared poorly maintained, and the toilet looked worn, reducing the comfort of my stay. The swimming pool area also didn't reflect the cleanliness standards of a 4-star hotel, with a lot of leaf litter left behind. This condition made me choose not to take my child swimming for comfort and safety. This is a shame, considering this hotel holds a 4-star rating. I sincerely hope that management will conduct a thorough evaluation and improvements, particularly in aspects of cleanliness, facility maintenance, and service quality, to significantly improve the guest experience in the future.

The food is quite good, it's just a shame that a 5 year old child has to add more to his breakfast... even though he doesn't eat much.

Experience: cramped parking but assisted by valet, check in at 2, staying on Saturdays and Sundays is crowded because it is used for weddings, the room is quite spacious and needs renovation, the AC is not cold enough, the technician has come twice but the result is the same. Breakfast has quite a lot of variety but the appearance and taste can be improved. Conclusion: for me, for the price of 800 thousand rupiah/night, the room is not worth it & needs renovation.

Strategic location, clean room, good facilities. Yet there was no refrigerator and ironing board. The restaurant was comfortable, we easily found empty table and the food was also tasty and abundant.

Worth the price, perfect location. The only downfall was the room seems mouldy especially in bathroom, the room’s wall was not soundproofed, and some of electricity plug didn’t work. Also the parking lot is not that big to accomodate weekend occupancy but security staff did help to arrange. Thank you

It was a good hotel for vacation, family friendly, and the location is close to everything you need.
