My first time here, when I checked in and entered the lobby, wow!! The room was so spacious and luxurious! The breakfast was delicious, with so many variations, I was confused about what else to eat hahaha. The service was also good. For the price of around 500 rupiah, it was really worth it, with so many good facilities.

The lack of staff friendliness is very obvious, access to the city is quite easy, however, the parking area is quite narrow, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel area... considering the price, it's actually not cheap. But the condition of the room I stayed in... looked like it lacked maintenance... hopefully it will be better in the future.

Whether it's because of Traveloka or because of room availability, I've booked online several times and always get a room position that is at the far end from the elevator (really at the end). The friendliness of the staff really needs to be improved, but the check-in and out process is very easy, the parking area is quite narrow so you need to consider it if you have a large vehicle. The atmosphere of the hotel room is quite dim with some parts of the wall paint peeling off, plus because the room area uses carpet, it gives off a rather damp smell that is quite noticeable. As for the food, it's not bad... quite enjoyable.

Smart TVs have become an essential part of accommodations these days, regardless of the room type. My room didn't have a smart TV and I couldn't watch regular TV because the signal wasn't good.

The sheets and pillowcases were brown, the sofa was torn, and the room was uncomfortable. The breakfast menu was unappealing and there was no children's menu.

It still feels the same from the beginning of my marriage until I had 2 children staying here…

The dust on the dirty mattress cover has faded in color.

Strategic location, comfortable and spacious, close to restaurants and cafes, the bathroom needs to be better maintained, but unfortunately there is an unpleasant smell in the basement.

Stains on the bed need attention, especially those that are easily visible or on the sides of the bed. Torn curtains need to be replaced. Other than that, they're in very good condition.
