I'm happy, the room was newly renovated, so it was comfortable. Next time I'll stay at the Pangeran Pekanbaru Hotel.

Hotel Pangeran is my first choice when I visit Pekanbaru, whether for business or leisure. The pool is clean, the restaurant has a wide variety of breakfast options, and the rooms and bathrooms are especially clean. Thank you, I'll definitely be back next time 👍

Honest review of deluxe king bed room: 1. Check-in/out time is very fast. 2. All staff are very friendly. 3. The room smells very good and is very clean. 4. Wifi is not very stable 5. AC is super cold 6. Access around the hotel is very good, close to several places to eat too. 7. Breakfast is very varied and all taste good, more like traditional food. Overall very good and the price is very friendly for a hotel as good as this. 🙏

The staff is not friendly at all, no smiles 😩 How can a 4-star hotel like this not have soup 😩😩 Then the receptionist didn't explain where to have breakfast, free transportation for the night, it's really flat and stiff, there's really no friendliness, let alone a smile 😩😩😩
