The room was spacious and clean, seemingly newly renovated. The TV was large and had Google TV. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious food and a wide variety to suit all tastes.

All staff from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and parking area were very helpful.

Every time I go to Pekanbaru, Pangeran Hotel is always my top priority when choosing accommodation. Good hospitality from Pangeran Hotel staff, good & varied breakfast, good room cleanliness even though sometimes the carpet still feels like fine sand dust under my feet. I requested a non-smoking room but the hallway still smells of cigarette smoke??? Hopefully it will be better in the future. The location is good, there is a mosque next to the hotel, a gym and swimming pool are also available, that's great.

Recommended to stay at Pangeran, clean rooms, delicious food, friendly service.

The furniture has been updated. It's pretty nice now.

The room was uncomfortable, the old room was dirty, moldy, the toilet was dirty, even the toilet pad was dirty and rough (room 727), making it uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited, I didn't get it even though it was only 7 o'clock. The price of mineral water was very expensive. I thought it would be Equivalent, but it turned out to be Crystalline 600 ml. Breakfast using a coupon on the first day was 2, but on the second and third days I only got 1. I will not stay at Pangeran Pekanbaru again. The price does not match the service.
