Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, clean location.

Overall good but the security is very unfriendly, at the front gate when asked whether they knew the lobby or not I answered no then they told me but I made sure again because I was afraid of making a mistake and their answer was "Pretending not to know". On the 2nd day when my co wanted to take a photo in the restaurant / bar area and I asked the fo whether or not the car was allowed to go down because the parking location down was quite uphill and the information was allowed. But when I wanted to park down there was a security guard who informed me that parking was not allowed down by way of interrogation, unpleasant tone and expression, if it was not allowed to bring the car down I would not bring the car down either. Please train as a hotelier.

It was fun, but unfortunately, when sunset came, I ended up sleeping.

For those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, KTM Resort is perfect. It's a peaceful, comfortable setting.

This is my first time staying at KTM resort, a comfortable place for a vacation, the kids really enjoyed their vacation here, the breakfast menu is varied.

Overall, it was pleasant, and I once again got the best price from the app. My seafront room was small, and the shared balcony had a portable wooden divider, so there was a lack of privacy. Because of the hotel's natural design, the walls and floors are covered in wood, so noises from neighboring rooms can be heard, especially at night. Recommendation: This room type is not recommended for those bringing children. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and the service is good.

Information from the staff and service is friendly, only the villa needs to be repainted and re-maintained.
