The view is okay, the staff are okay, just in my opinion the minus is in the room compared to other resorts in KTM which is the smallest batam and the cleanliness is a bit lacking because the toilet smells.

The accommodation is quite good, but because of the wooden house so the voices of people from the next room are clearly heard especially at night. Far from eating places. The hotel restaurant offers seafood and Indonesian menus, the taste is not special but the price is quite expensive compared to the price.

I really like the atmosphere, but I was disappointed with the spa services, I arrived at the spa, it was ignored, let alone offer, just didn't want them, even though they knew we were there, very very very disappointed, at that time I wanted enjoy the spa there with the atmosphere by the sea, but continued to be disappointed, because the service 👎, if you can tell to the spa services, at least ask directly if the guest has arrived, do not ever look at the appearance, I if the service is good more than the price of the spa I love, but because they are too underestimated, I was already disappointed, I came to Batam to want to enjoy the KTM resort, with the atmosphere, the waves of the bar and the most I want to enjoy a spa by the sea, very very disappointed in its spa services.

The service is still great, it's just that the room is too small for us to bring a toddler. Incidentally we booked a room with sea view.
