Asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, otherwise it was fine.

Management could please conduct a spot check on one of the rooms for cleanliness. The glasses and water jug are filthy, oh my. They're already yellow and crusty. Checking in in the middle of the night, I was thirsty and saw the water jug lid was yellow. I was already thirsty and was busy cleaning it. Hair was everywhere. The yellow toilet wasn't cleaned. Price is elite, but cleaning is difficult.

The room smells good, the only thing that needs to be improved is the towels so they can be washed with added fragrance, the food is quite varied and delicious, especially the sapo tahu.

Their service started even before stepping into the hotel. Friendly security staff greeted us while opening our cab door and bringing in our luggage. Reception was less than 3 minutes, and we reached our bed within the next few minutes. Breakfast was so amazing in variety and quantity; American and Asian breakfast were available. I'm a happy customer.
