location : privillege area of nusa dua bali. top notch. but not as crowded and lively as kuta or ubud. room : it was oke for a 5 star hotel. but nothing special. breakfast : it was oke, plenty options. taste was alright. again : nothing special for a 5star hotel. pool : it was GREAT. i had a great timr chilling by the pool. the setting, layout, and services was great. check in : oke check out : terrible (photo attach) there were two receptionists handle two group of FOREIGNER guests TOO LONG i am an indonesian tourist, been to bali many times. but at this hotel i got the hint that some staffs a little bit racist to non-caucasian guest. espescially the gate security guards and the doorboys by the lobby. even some staff at the restaurant seem bit hesitant to even"be nice" to us. true story. i know this hotel is a international chain, but please this is indonesia and maybe you (indonesian staffs of the hotel) should give more appreciation to any indonesian"s guest since we are able to stay there.. gak mahal kok sebenernya jadi gak usah sok mahal

Staff very helpful, many activities for kids, and they have access for wheelchairs, recommended hotel for family holiday. Don't worry if you wanna go to the beach, the hotel has a shuttle.

Stay Review – Courtyard by Marriott Bali This is a beautiful property located close to the beach, surrounded by lush greenery and several swimming pools that create a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The overall stay was excellent — the facilities were well-maintained, the staff were friendly, and everything felt perfectly in place. One of the highlights was the bicycle ride around the resort. The roads were smooth, traffic was minimal, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The only downside was the bathrooms, which felt quite outdated and in need of renovation. Despite that, the stay was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Very good, the price is not a lie, the only downside is that you can't go directly to the beach, you have to use a shuttle or your own car because the distance from the beach to the hotel is about 2 km. But the service, food, place and facilities are really good. Very friendly.

Courtyard Marriott has semiprivate beach need to reach by 7mins shuttle avail every hour fm htl lobby. Despite the oldschool vibes, courtyard has well maintained its cleanliness and superb hotel landscapes. Excellent resort pool and warm sincere smiles from each hotel staffs. As a Marriott chain, suggest to upgrade the amenities. Specially toothbrush etc

staycation bareng keluarga disini enak banget, kamar bersih, pool luas, pemandangan bagus. minus nya cuma di awal pas check in liat yg lain dapet welcome drink, pas kita g ditawarin n dikasi welcome drink sama sekali.

In the advertisement there is a private beach, but it turns out you have to take a shuttle to get to the private beach. For the room, the sound from the corridor can also enter. The sound of the doorbell of the next or front room also enters the room, so our rest was not comfortable.
