Our room had a connecting door to the next room, which wasn't soundproofed. After our neighbors arrived, we could hear every conversation, the television, and even the use of the toilet. Sorry, but that's not up to standard for a supposedly 5-star hotel. We asked for a different room for the night, which worked out without any problems since one was available. This room also had a connecting door to the adjacent room, but it was unoccupied.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service throughout the stay was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were in great condition. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

The staffs're so helpful and kind. We like the ambiance and lots of kids' activities. It's just not soundproof enough, but overall, we had a great time in the courtyard and definitely will be back.

The hotel looks luxurious, nice... Our room: - The bed creaked every time we moved. - The wooden chair creaked when we sat on it/was damaged. - One of the patio chairs had a crippled leg. Shouldn't the furniture be checked first? Restaurant/breakfast: It was fine, but needs improvement. The seafood fried rice was lacking, but I didn't find any shrimp, squid, or meatballs. What a shame. Thank you to the friendly staff.

location : privillege area of nusa dua bali. top notch. but not as crowded and lively as kuta or ubud. room : it was oke for a 5 star hotel. but nothing special. breakfast : it was oke, plenty options. taste was alright. again : nothing special for a 5star hotel. pool : it was GREAT. i had a great timr chilling by the pool. the setting, layout, and services was great. check in : oke check out : terrible (photo attach) there were two receptionists handle two group of FOREIGNER guests TOO LONG i am an indonesian tourist, been to bali many times. but at this hotel i got the hint that some staffs a little bit racist to non-caucasian guest. espescially the gate security guards and the doorboys by the lobby. even some staff at the restaurant seem bit hesitant to even"be nice" to us. true story. i know this hotel is a international chain, but please this is indonesia and maybe you (indonesian staffs of the hotel) should give more appreciation to any indonesian"s guest since we are able to stay there.. gak mahal kok sebenernya jadi gak usah sok mahal

Staff very helpful, many activities for kids, and they have access for wheelchairs, recommended hotel for family holiday. Don't worry if you wanna go to the beach, the hotel has a shuttle.

Stay Review – Courtyard by Marriott Bali This is a beautiful property located close to the beach, surrounded by lush greenery and several swimming pools that create a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The overall stay was excellent — the facilities were well-maintained, the staff were friendly, and everything felt perfectly in place. One of the highlights was the bicycle ride around the resort. The roads were smooth, traffic was minimal, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The only downside was the bathrooms, which felt quite outdated and in need of renovation. Despite that, the stay was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Very good, the price is not a lie, the only downside is that you can't go directly to the beach, you have to use a shuttle or your own car because the distance from the beach to the hotel is about 2 km. But the service, food, place and facilities are really good. Very friendly.
