clean and tidy room, friendly and cheap price during promo in the application comfortable when staying overnight staff is very friendly, in the room full facilities drinking water and hot water heater and also equipped with prayer mats and the Qur'an in the room, and the only drawback is the AC is lacking prion seems slow to cool down, the rest is all okay basically God willing, maybe I will be able to stay at this hotel again, thank you

I stayed for two nights at Sofyan Hotel and overall, it was an acceptable experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, both check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth. The bedsheet in my room was clean, although the pillow cover was not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable old carpet smell, and there was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drainage. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was ideal for my needs. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but I ended up not trying it, so I can't comment on that aspect.

The hotel is strategically located near Cut Meutia Mosque, friendly staff, fast check-in time, clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, cold AC.

Stayed for a business trip. Room as requested. Spacious room. There is a hot water kettle, but can't enjoy watching because the TV screen is broken.
