The facilities that used to be the same as now have decreased a lot. In the past, guests who stayed were given coffee, tea and sugar, even though it's a shame that now there are no such facilities👎👎👎👎👎👎

The room is clean, but there are a lot of mosquitoes and the AC needs to be cleaned, it's not very cold. The water for bathing is very small on the 6th floor.

The room was dirty... there were lots of ants and geckos running around. The hot water wasn't working, the bathroom light was off.

The balcony door can't be locked, I asked for it to be locked, but instead it was locked permanently, the closed door was stuck, the pillowcase had lots of stains, the signal was difficult, the wifi was the same, the TV couldn't be turned down, the remote battery was dead but it wasn't replaced, the doormat had to be asked for first, there was no toothbrush, the drinking place was dirty, so I bought it myself, thank you, hopefully it will be fixed.
