1. Long check-in. Almost 2 hours to get a room. Already booked H-1. The room is still waiting. 2. When I got the room, the AC was hot, error. Called twice before the technician came. 3. The high-rise building is combined with an apartment, so the elevator took a long time because the hotel is on the 27th floor and above. I got it on the 32nd floor. 4. The key had been left in anticipation of not being able to tap. When I got to the room, error, had to go down again to refresh the card. 5. On the 2nd day, I asked for the room to be cleaned since morning before leaving. Back at the hotel at 3, the room had not been cleaned, it was very dirty. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights btw. If I could give a minus rating, I would give it a minus.
