The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in process was very easy and fast.

The suite I got was excellent for the price. I loved it. If the price remains competitive, I'll stay again if I have the chance to visit Jakarta.

Stated on Google this is 4star hotel but the facts when stay is really terrible. I stay for Junior suite room but.... - Air conditioner error and need several times a day for called staff to fixed it. - First entered the room the pillows cover is yellow-dark-spot. - Also the breakfast tastes not really interesting. - Restaurant/room service only available until 10pm. - There's two TV in the room but it's old versions smart TV so need time to process the program even to connect to wifi is slow. - slow-speed wifi, sometimes cant connect to handphone The only good thing about this hotel is their staffs services and politeness's, the rest is terrible. I think its too much to give this hotel rates on 4 star.

Highly recommended. Our last vacation was at Ancol, and we booked a g**b for 20,000-30,000 Rupiah plus. The room was huge; the three of us didn't need an extra bed because we chose the two queen beds. We'll be staying here again next time.

The hotel's location is very strategic, still in the center of Jakarta.

The elevator to go up has to wait 10 to 15 minutes...

The hotel room is good, but unfortunately it's combined with the residents, so it takes a while to get up the elevator. Overall, the staff are friendly.

Friendly staff, complete hotel facilities, electrical sockets in the room are a bit fragile, for twin beds there is only one socket near the bed

1. Check-in took almost 2 hours to get a room. I booked the day before. I'm still waiting for the room. 2. When I got the room, the AC was HOT. Error. I called twice before the technician arrived. 3. The building is connected to an apartment building. So the elevator took a long time. Because the hotel is on the 27th floor and above, I got it on the 32nd floor. 4. I left the key in case it wouldn't work. When I got to my room, it was an error. I had to go down again to refresh my card. 5. On the second day, I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning before leaving. I returned to the hotel at 3:00. The room hadn't been cleaned. VERY DIRTY. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, by the way. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED

The room on the 32nd floor still has mosquitoes. The walls are partitions, not brick.

Stayed here because it was close to a concert venue, the room was nice, but when checking in it was quite a long wait because there were a lot of people checking in.

Really great, a 4-star hotel at a low price

Located near JIS. Affordable enough to accommodate concerts at JIS. They also have NCT Dream songs on their breakfast playlist. Love it.

The hotel was comfortable, and the rooms were also comfortable. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping needs to be evaluated. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon check-in, the table and other items were dusty, and the bathroom still had towels from previous guests. Cleanliness needs to be further evaluated. However, the hotel is highly recommended for a staycation.

The hotel is quite comfortable, but the reception service is convoluted and slow. Hopefully, this minor issue can be fixed.

Very affordable room rates, large rooms, and a safe environment. Breakfast is also available at an affordable price. The rooms are always cleaned, and the bathroom and minibar are always freshly stocked.
