The location is strategic, just a short walk to the beach, the staff are friendly and the check-in process is fast, the room is clean, only there is no blanket, luckily we brought our own blanket 😀

Total stay here 6 days. The hotel is very close to everywhere, clean, the staff is very friendly, close to any restaurant. Next vacation will stay here for a month I think ❤️ I love Akarsa Kokoro!!!

Give quickly if something runs out/is missing. It's just a shame that Life Music often plays until midnight, disrupting your rest

Strategic location, close to the beach, friendly staff, old hotel facilities, max parking for 3 cars, our car was hit by water droplets from the upper building, stains were difficult to remove, the shower water was not hot enough.

Hotel located not so far from the beach. The environment very calm, you can take a refreshment jog around area. Many food stall offering cheaper price on any meal. The water running smoothly, not salty even though it was near beach. However, the door key should be has some repair. Over all, nice place to stay during weekend in Sanur.

Wifi is problematic, either slow connection or no signal inside the room. The renovation is going on right now so there 's some noise at day.

Nice room, only the shower position is not right, so if you want to take a shower you have to go up in the bathtub, overall ok.
