Comfortable, complete, in the city center

Easy to reach location in the center of Mataram city, breakfast menu has many variations & is delicious

I've stayed here dozens of times over the past 10 years, and the service is still excellent. There's something different about the room, though: new walls (?)

Very cool, complete room facilities

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The price is affordable, the facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly.

Everything is okay, just the faucet on the sink is a bit wobbly and there are stains on the duvet cover.

A comfortable hotel, strategically located in downtown Mataram, clean rooms, friendly and prompt staff service, easy access to Lombok cuisine nearby, and quite complete hotel facilities. A few nights at Lombok Plaza left a very positive impression. 👍

Location in the city center, close to everywhere, varied and delicious food, spacious and clean rooms.

The hotel staff is very friendly... the room is clean. It is cleaned every day by the housekeeping. I really enjoyed staying at Lombok Plaza.

Nice place, comfortable, and it's in the middle of the city.

There are spa facilities, but no therapists are available for reservations. The bathrooms have poor water flow, often flooding during showers. Breakfast is limited in variety.

We checked in late because we were out for lunch. We got a room, but it turned out to be occupied by someone else due to a miscommunication between the staff. As a result, we were upgraded to a more impressive room because the rooms in the same class were already full. Thank you so much...🙏

The hotel's strategic location in the city center makes it easy to go wherever we want to go.

The staff is nice and friendly, and the breakfast is also really good. There's a pearl seller in front of the hotel, which is a bit pricey, but worth a try. The room is also comfortable. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to try the pool, but hopefully I'll have another chance next time, hehehe.
