Best experience. The staff is helpful and polite. It's also easy to shop, eat, or even get a massage. Everything is right in the mall, just go downstairs. The kids can swim and exercise in the fitness center. Thank you.

The room was very clean, the air conditioning was comfortable, and the swimming pool was also clean, making it suitable for families. However, it was a shame that the WiFi wasn't shared upon check-in, so we had to ask for their name and password first. The food was quite tasty and varied.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant. However, the room lacked proper soundproofing, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring guests, which was rather disruptive. Despite this, the service was outstanding! The staff were courteous and highly professional. I would consider returning in the future. Thank you!

The hotel's location, which is integrated with the Festival Citylink mall, is very helpful in terms of easy access and comfort when you need something outside of the hotel's needs. Making appointments with clients is also simpler because you can just walk to the venues in the mall.

The hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful during the check-in process.. staying 2 days still feels like it's not enough... I'm saving up some money for my next vacation because even though staying at Harris feels expensive, I miss visiting again.
