Good hotel location and facilities

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean, though you can sometimes see some rust and the wooden floor also seems aged. Turning on the shower takes a bit of an effort. There were a lot of amenities as well. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, giving a very warm welcome to all of the guests. I fully recommend a stay at the InterContinental Jimbaran.

For the amazing hotel environment, great food, and amazing pool. Will be back again.

The rooms in the basement have a moisture problem. Everything feels wet. AC doesn’t have the dry mode. Concierge and reception helped by changing the room and gave a great service after all the inconvenience.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the check-in process tends to be fast, the indoor & outdoor activity facilities are complete and there are many choices, direct access to Jimbaran beach, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Overall, the stay is good! However, the Jimbaran beach itself is not as enjoyable.

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. Then we can enjoy the sunset while eating and listening to live music. In short, the Intercontinental Hotel Resort is the best 🫶🏻

It was a wonderful experience during our stay at Intercontinental Bali Resort. To Dicky in Taman Gita restaurant, really helpful to our family to guide and suggestions the variety of food that my wife may eat (she is vegan).

The hotel area is very spacious, equipped with various facilities, especially for activities with children. The officers who serve are friendly, the environment is very clean and well maintained. Recommended for family holidays.

Such a great and wonderful place to stay, not so crowded despite its a peak season and the staff are very friendly in assisting. The dishes is also great as well as access to Menega Seafood… love to. Comeback someday

We have a great tike here, our little daughter had so much fun and all family member were very satisfied. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even in the late night when we. Complaining about the damp and moist room, because of our daughter very allergic. The staff help us to find another room. We are very thankful of this service.
