The food is variety and taste is good also. The bedroom also clean, aircon also OK can adjust of course with the friendly staff. Will come back later or soon hahaha.

The location is very convenient, quite near the ferry port. There are also shopping Malls nearby. The hotel facilities are generally not too bad, value for the price paid.

It was comfortable but I booked a sea view room but it didn't meet my expectations because it was more of an apartment and building view, even though I had increased my budget.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had a great experience overall. The food was decent, satisfying but not exceptional. However, the room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was absolutely superb, as it's near Batam Centre Port and malls. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent rooms and prime location!

When checking in and checking out, the service was good and friendly, the service was perfect. I also got a soft drink and could add more. Cool. Once I took the elevator with Harris employees and other customers, I saw for myself how fast the service was for customers who had lost access to their room keys. So it was full of smiles for the customers and those serving.

Stayed at Harris for 3D2N and had an amazing experience! The front desk was hospitable, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hotel staff were reliable and attentive. Plus, the location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the ferry centre. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. Haris is the best, especially since there is a lot of food and the breakfast is complete, so you are confused about what food to choose 👍🥰👍🥰👍🥰

Ordered a high floor but was given the 2nd floor. A room with a connecting door so the sound from the next room can be heard and is disturbing.
