The location is very strategic and easily accessible. The breakfast menu is delicious with a wide variety, and the hotel facilities are generally very functional. I will definitely return.

I stayed in room 303, it turned out the water heater in the bathroom was not working properly.

The room was not quite clean. We had to ask to change rooms. There was a little renovation; I think that's why there was a lot of dust. The second room was much better than the first one. Good location though.

This is my second time staying here, and I'm honestly delighted because it's so well-equipped. There's a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a desk, and a spacious toilet. The view from the room is also beautiful.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty, although not a wide selection. Room amenities were quite complete, including a refrigerator and microwave. It's located near the main highway, and access via Transum is easy.

Overall it's good & comfortable, close to everywhere and lots of snacks around it.

So far it's really worth it... close to minimarkets, laundry... basically easy access to everywhere.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the Wi-Fi and other facilities are good, the location is strategic and affordable, only the bathroom is a little less clean.

It's close to Kuningan City Mall, so it's convenient if you want to browse the contents.

Overall, the room was comfortable and pleasant enough to stay in. However, I feel that the cleaning service still needs improvement. During our stay, the table and trash on the table were usually not cleaned unless we asked first. In fact, the floor was not even mopped. So, it felt like the cleaning room only changed the sheets and made the bed. And for the restaurant where I stayed from the 1st to the 11th, the menu was the same, alternating every two days with the same menu. Hopefully, in the future, it will vary a little. However, I want to give special appreciation to one of the cleaning staff, namely an older man who wears thick glasses. I forgot his name, but he was very thorough and clean when cleaning the room. His cleaning results were far more optimal than the others. Hopefully, in the future, the cleanliness standards and cleaning service can be more consistent, because the room was actually comfortable. Thank you also to the staff who provided the best service. 🙏
