The room is comfortable and feels like home.

Overall, the room was comfortable and pleasant enough to stay in. However, I feel that the cleaning service still needs improvement. During our stay, the table and trash on the table were usually not cleaned unless we asked first. In fact, the floor was not even mopped. So, it felt like the cleaning room only changed the sheets and made the bed. And for the restaurant where I stayed from the 1st to the 11th, the menu was the same, alternating every two days with the same menu. Hopefully, in the future, it will vary a little. However, I want to give special appreciation to one of the cleaning staff, namely an older man who wears thick glasses. I forgot his name, but he was very thorough and clean when cleaning the room. His cleaning results were far more optimal than the others. Hopefully, in the future, the cleanliness standards and cleaning service can be more consistent, because the room was actually comfortable. Thank you also to the staff who provided the best service. 🙏

Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and not noisy. The view was great. However, there was a small cockroach in the room. I don't know where it came from. Also, the pillows were a bit smelly. But the view was great for the price, under 500,000 Rupiah.

Overall, the room size, staff service, and cleanliness were excellent. However, there are two key points that require management attention and evaluation: Soundproofing Issues: I stayed in room 211 and was disturbed by the poor soundproofing of the walls. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear a woman screaming from another room, an unknown number. This was quite disruptive to my rest. Internet Connection & Room Facilities: The internet connection or Wi-Fi network in the room was poor. As a result, the Smart TV in the room was completely unusable as it failed to load content. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection on my personal mobile device was very slow.

The hotel was nice, but the only downside was the slow Wi-Fi and the smelly bedsheets. So far, everything else is fine, and it's only 5 minutes from the embassy. The receptionist was very friendly. I forgot her name.

I booked an executive room, but the room was as small as a deluxe room. The internet was slow and the signal was poor. Not suitable for those wanting a staycation while working.

Sis, next time, check the towels first to see if they still smell. The towel I used yesterday still smelled of urine 😭 But other than that, the service and location were fine.
