The service was friendly and the bedroom was comfortable, the AC was cool, and there was a humidifier and the facilities were okay. However, when we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled a bit like cigarette smoke when we entered. Luckily, there was a humidifier and the balcony view wasn't the perfect city view. Otherwise, everything was good... and there was a seafood restaurant downstairs so we didn't have to worry about finding food.

The room was incredibly dirty, with dirt all over the edges, as if it hadn't been swept. There were crumbs on the chair, the sink was broken, the bathroom was dirty, and the door wouldn't close.

The linens are starting to fade. It's best to replace them to prevent them from looking shabby, especially the bath towels. It's a shame they look so dirty.

There were no windows. Upon entering, a musty smell came from the blanket, which hadn't yet dried, but they immediately replaced it when we asked for a replacement. The liquid soap was out of stock, and when we asked for a refill, they said it hadn't been sent from the vendor. The service was friendly, and mineral water refills were available.

The room is very nice with affordable price.

One thing I liked most: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, there were bolsters, and the hot water was flowing smoothly. Everything else was fine.

Strategically located near the city center. Right across the street is RM Kampung Sunda, my favorite place to eat when I'm in Bandung. 👍

The hotel's strategic location is in the city center, near Gedung Sate in Gasibu. It's also a 5-minute walk to the viral porridge, Bubur DPR. The only downside is the breakfast menu, which only offers steamed rice, cereal, and toast.

When I first entered the room, it felt stuffy and smelly. After turning on the AC for a while, the room felt fresher. Unfortunately, there's only one key card provided, so when I left the room, the electricity and AC would go out, and the stuffy feeling returned. However, I found this hotel to be a great location.

The bed was comfortable, the springs weren't saggy. The floor was clean. The hot water wasn't hot enough, though. Overall, it was okay.
