The check-in process was a bit annoying, I was told that the room I booked on the app didn't have a non-smoking room, there was a lower room type, I was told to wait for about 10 minutes for the receptionist to find a room, after I got a bit angry, the room miraculously appeared, I don't know what hotel employees' behavior is like, confused, they can act like they want when we pay, we feel like beggars in the hotel. This kind of receptionist behavior has decreased a lot but here it's still stuck in the 90s, for the room itself, it's not that great for a five-star class, including the small size, fortunately the breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices at least it alleviates the annoyance when checking in, try for the hotel and the app to enter the data in detail so there are no complaints about smoking and non-smoking like this.

Clealiness and amenities in the room is not so great. The room main door unable to close properly as there is a gap. Wifi connection was bad in the room. Sad to say the room type is overpriced. The lift wait is long. Only plus point was the breakfast spread was good.

Booked a Suite room, I came at 2 o'clock to check in according to the check-in time, but when I arrived, they said the room wasn't ready. I waited until 5 o'clock but the room wasn't ready yet, finally I was able to enter the room at 5:30 PM. I asked for compensation for late check out at 2 o'clock, fortunately it was still allowed for late check out, but waiting 3:30 hours with the excuse that the room was being cleaned was unreasonable.
