The check-in process was a bit annoying, I was told that the room I booked on the app didn't have a non-smoking room, there was a lower room type, I was told to wait for about 10 minutes for the receptionist to find a room, after I got a bit angry, the room miraculously appeared, I don't know what hotel employees' behavior is like, confused, they can act like they want when we pay, we feel like beggars in the hotel. This kind of receptionist behavior has decreased a lot but here it's still stuck in the 90s, for the room itself, it's not that great for a five-star class, including the small size, fortunately the breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices at least it alleviates the annoyance when checking in, try for the hotel and the app to enter the data in detail so there are no complaints about smoking and non-smoking like this.
