Very nice hotel. I always stay there when I go to Jogja, and I go to Jogja like 3 to 4 times a year traveling from Australia to my hometown, Jogja.

My first two-night stay at Ambarukmo. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue, but the staff immediately resolved it. The kids' activities were really helpful, including the playground, swimming pool, and other play areas.
The hotel is located next to a mall, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but it's not that far.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The check-in process took a long time, as the front desk staff informed me that the room was still being cleaned. I had booked via the app the day before, but arrived at 3:00 PM and was told to wait. I asked how many minutes, but there was no response.

not according to request..ordered 3 large beds one twin.d gave 2 large beds 2 twins receptionist info availability is not there even though the order has been a long time.. Already at 15.00 the room is not ready almost 30 minutes waiting..
