The sheets and towels were very faded and stained. There were also many stains on the walls, and the room wasn't very clean. Perhaps the cleanliness standards could be improved.

Arriving in the morning, I was immediately assisted and greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick. The place was clean, the facilities were excellent, and the service was excellent. 😊🙏

The hotel is strategically located near the city center, making it easily accessible. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, as the room was always cleaned without the customer having to ask. Also, until I checked out, because I was using the train and still had time to play in Semarang until the afternoon, my belongings could be left at the hotel. The friendly security guard delivered my belongings to my Grab car. The facilities are appropriate and standard, but I just want to make a suggestion: please provide a closed cupboard for storing clothes and soap for the toilet area because both are important. And for breakfast, I suggest more variety in the breakfast menu, don't have the same menu every day, which would bore us who stay longer at the hotel. Thank you Whiz Hotel, if we come to Semarang again, we will stay at this hotel again. ☺

The hotel is close to the tourist center so it is close and easy to get anywhere.

All the staff are friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. The Pitu Cafe is also excellent, offering a variety of menu options that are a great alternative on a rainy day.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I arrived, the room next door was busy, and I tried to warn them, but there was no response. I tried to report it to the hotel staff, but it took a while for things to return to normal. The hotel room wasn't very soundproof. The view was great, overlooking the city.

When we arrived, the parking lot was full, but fortunately, the attendant immediately helped us park. The check-in service was friendly, but the bedroom was a bit cramped. The location is close to the city center, so it's convenient to go to malls and tourist attractions nearby.

This hotel is comfortable, especially since the food is cheap and delicious, it's definitely worth it, but the elevator does take a while to wait.
