The room is clean and very comfortable 🥰 I really like that there are staff cleaning our room every day 🥰

Housekeeping was slow to clean the room, had to ask for clean towels the next day, that's all. Improve the quality of service. Want to go to Jonker walk near by car. The price is really worth it for solo travel.

The host is very friendly and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean. The best at very cheap prices.

Good service just parking the car far behind the hotel a bit scary at night in terms of security the other best.

Aircond is cold. no mineral water, no coffee, comfortable room, well worth it.

The room phones not working... So if you want anything you have to go down by yrself. Parking limited.. My family used two cars n parked front n back... The receptionist (man) called my HP at middle of the night to remove my car n park at the back of the hotel... He said no double parking even with ample space
