The hotel is close to the bus station, everything is easy, just a short walk away.

Quite far from MRT, but it helped with bus access. The room was quite tight with our luggage.

The location is great, near bus stops and Whampoa Market is walkable.

The room is clean, standard size, and there's enough space for prayer. The toilet has a bidet and the AC is cool. Soap and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. Upon check-in, you'll be asked if you need a toothbrush; if so, you'll be provided with one. Coffee, tea, and two bottles of bottled water are available in the room. There's a water heater and a hairdryer. There are three power outlets in the room. The location is close to the bus stop. The staff is friendly.

Location is convenient with a food court or restaurant.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the location is near the bus stop but a bit far from the MRT station, there are lots of food stalls around.

Good location even not near to the downtown, but the access near the bus station and the good point is two way street. We can have breakfast at Whampoa Hawker. The room is clean.

Strategically located hotel to everywhere

During my stay at this hotel, I suffered a first degree burn (as confirmed by doctor) after accidentally touching a bathroom tap that became very hot to the touch. There was no warning signage near the fixture. The incident was a distressing and painful experience, and I hope the hotel will review its bathroom fittings and safety measures to prevent similar situations, especially for families with children. Staff were polite during our interactions, but I believe clearer safety precautions would help improve the guest experience.

Well, so far so good. It just turns out there are so many branches, so it's a bit confusing.

The place is easily accessible. Variety of food is available. Shops are within walking distance.
