The hotel staff service is very friendly, the facilities are complete, everything is ok, but the AC in the room I used was not cold enough, maybe it was dirty and had not been cleaned.

Hotel Harris has always been my go-to choice whenever I have a business trip to the Bogor area, as well as for family staycations. From its strategic location, wide variety of delicious food options, and spacious rooms (larger than most hotels in its class), to the beautiful swimming pool, complete and enjoyable outbound and play facilities, and the warm hospitality of the staff — everything keeps me and my family coming back, even though there are plenty of other options in Bogor and the surrounding area. One small suggestion would be to improve the gym facilities, as they are relatively small and less equipped compared to other hotels. That said, Hotel Harris Sentul remains highly recommended for both business stays and family getaways. Keep up the great work!

Just for transit and overnight because there was a running activity, I had time to order dinner in the room, the taste was delicious and the portion was big.

It was a pleasure to spend the night here. Next time I'll come here again.

The hotel is very suitable for children. There are many activities for children and the breakfast menu is also varied.

It happened that there was an event at SICC so it was just a short walk away and I had often stayed here before so it was comfortable.

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Sentul because there was an event at SICC, and this was a great choice! The location is literally just across the street, super practical and saves time. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The facilities are okay, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after the event. The breakfast is delicious and complete too. Overall very satisfied, highly recommended if there is an event at SICC! 🍊🏨✨

the towels are already brownish and it's time to change them, there's no mat in the bathroom. There are also lots of spots on the sandals

For all, it's okay, but for future input, Harris Management should think about changing the room interior, also the variety of food at breakfast. The chef should be better at cooking it.
