Dear guest, We apologize for the unpleasant experience regarding the heating facilities that are not available in the room, the sound of vehicles that can still be heard into the room and the absence of a telephone. For hot water on each floor we provide a gallon water dispenser that can be taken 24 hours and our receptionist can be contacted 24 hours via whatapps message on the number provided on the key card cover and we suggest that in the future ask the receptionist staff for a room that does not face the highway to reduce the sound of vehicles entering the room.
