I stayed at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya and was overall very satisfied with my experience. Check-in was quick and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough to rest. The facilities provided were complete and well-functioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the breakfast. The menu was quite varied, ranging from traditional to modern dishes, with delicious flavors and consistent quality. The restaurant area was also clean and comfortable, perfect for starting the day on a pleasant note.

This hotel is strategically located, right in the city center. If you enjoy exploring, you'll definitely want to stay here. Cleanliness and comfort are up to Santika standards. It's not a new building, but it's clean and beautiful. Breakfast is varied, and most importantly, the price is very competitive.

It's perfect for a short family getaway, as the hotel is surrounded by numerous dining options, easily accessible, especially on weekends. The hotel's food is excellent and clean, catering to Sundanese and other cuisines, and the staff are all very friendly and prompt. Continued success with Santika! It's worth the effort to become a Santika member.

The staff was very friendly from the moment I got off at the lobby, security, check-in staff, and even at the pool, I got a free upgrade to an Executive room. Thank you, and I recommend the nearby snacks and culinary delights, which are really close to the city center 🙏🏻😍

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly and responsive, it's just a bit unfortunate that we happened to stay during Ramadan in the afternoon when we were swimming, it was crowded with people breaking the fast and taking photos in the pool area, so it was not comfortable at all to the point that the children asked to stop because it was so noisy and crowded.
