1. Security Lacks Alertness (Lacks Warm Welcome Vibes…)
I'd previously read other reviews about security being unaware, and that was also the case. Upon arrival, security was present, but they were literally in invisible mode—they didn't greet us, didn't direct us, and seemed to pretend they didn't see us. As a first-time guest, I was a bit confused because there was actually an entrance closer to the parking lot, but there was no information at all. My first impression was immediately off.
2. Poorly Maintained Room Condition (Room 523)
Upon entering room 523, the paint on the walls was peeling in several places. The room felt less than fresh and looked like it needed a touch-up to make it more comfortable.
3. Breakfast – Indonesian Cuisine, But the Taste Is Still Average
The breakfast menu is quite varied and has typical Indonesian cuisine, but the taste is still average and could be greatly improved. It would be even better if there were more variations or flavor enhancements to make the breakfast more memorable ✨
4. Try the Restaurant Too — It's a Winner! 🍽️
I tried the hotel restaurant, and surprisingly, the food was delicious:
• The ribs were delicious, tender, and the spices were flavorful.
• The fried rice was top-notch—it felt like eating at grandma's house, comforting and addictive.
• The coffee was also great, perfect for those who need a recharge before continuing their activities.
⸻
Overall, the stay was still okay, but some details need to be fixed. On the plus side, the restaurant food and coffee were a great mood-saver. ✨ Hopefully, this can be a suggestion for the hotel to maximize the guest experience.
