It is necessary to pay attention to and provide more supporting facilities such as; - slippers for room users - mineral water, sugar, tea, coffee and a water heater - a mirror/dressing mirror must be in the room - the shower water is not hot at all (please review this) - the receptionist should be on standby on the spot... because several times contacted via telephone they never answered.

The bathroom was repaired, the sink water was not running, the bathroom ceiling was very dirty.

Old hotel lacks maintenance...damp smell. Booked 2 rooms, 1 was hot, the AC ended up not being used. Looking for a solution, it got worse...another room. Just know it won't happen again. Hopefully there will be improvements. Thanks

I'm not satisfied with being given a room like this...

It's like a hotel that's been abandoned for years. The corridors are horrific. The sheets are stained with brown, so you wouldn't dare sleep with a blanket. The interior of the room is very messy, for example, the ceiling is broken, the cupboard and table are full of stains like they've never been maintained, especially the wardrobe which looks like it's been flooded because it's completely destroyed. Clothes hangers and tissues are not provided. The wifi is very slow and often cuts out. The shower has no hot water & the water smells. The sink also has very little water, almost none at all. The receptionist is also rude. The only good thing is probably the housekeeping because they are friendly & responsive when asked for help.

The AC wasn't cold and it was leaking and the AC water was scattered around. Luckily, I didn't slip when I wanted to go to the bathroom🙈
