I've never reviewed any hotels before, but this one was amazing. There were ghosts, pillows moved by themselves, and the TV was on.

Like an old hotel, it's really disappointing, not like the pictures, which are clean and tidy and have new AC. This AC is an old model, I had to change four rooms because the AC wasn't cold. This last room was okay but still very cold, annoying. 485 thousand is expensive, in Pekanbaru you can get a decent hotel room for 485 thousand, very disappointed.

The amenities provided are standard, with good beds and Wi-Fi. However, the air conditioning in the room felt a bit weak, which made for a bit of a downer, especially in hot weather. Furthermore, the in-room beverage options are also lacking. There's very little sugar, making it difficult to create a variety of drinks or to consume more than once. The room is also not soundproof, and early check-in is not possible.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, the environment was very comfortable, and it was centrally located. The food was varied, especially at breakfast, with a wide selection of dishes. The view was quite refreshing, being by the lake. However, the hotel didn't provide prayer mats for Muslims, so we used towels as ours.

The hotel staff is very friendly when checking in and checking out, as well as extending the stay, the cleaning staff is also friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location is quite strategic and quiet. However, I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast—whether it's a back-to-nature concept or not—because an animal approached the open space during breakfast and stole some of the food. Hopefully, security will be improved.
