Sorry, my honest review doesn't mean to bring down but so that the hotel management will take better care of the cleanliness of the room, especially the linen. I arrived with a condition where there were stains like the ones I took a photo of, I smelled the smell of pee lol, I forgot to take a photo of the towel and it had blood stains that wouldn't go away, maybe I should change the laundry place, I asked for a replacement line and they immediately replaced everything, my expectations were too high about the swimming pool, it turned out to be shallow, suitable for children, not for adults. I stayed during New Year's, the hotel had an event for guests, it was very profitable, no need to go anywhere on New Year's Eve, free dinner. Oh yeah, additional advice, the TV in rooms 601 and 606 is hard to turn on

Comfortable accommodation, located in the city center. Close to travel agency facilities.

- The standard room is quite small; you can even fit two suitcases in when you open it. The bathroom is very small, with the bathroom door hitting the toilet. It's not very family-friendly; you should probably book a larger room. - The hot water sometimes doesn't work. - The hotel is located close to downtown Solo. - Parking is a bit difficult, but the hotel offers free valet parking, so you can get help parking. - The breakfast selection isn't very varied. For children's breakfast, they said they would measure their height first, but when they arrived, my child wasn't measured and was charged IDR 60,000. This is quite expensive for children, compared to other places that charge IDR 50,000. - The swimming pool is small. There's also a smoking area. If another family is using it, others can't use it because there's not enough space. - The receptionist wasn't very communicative. - The Wi-Fi is slow.

The AC in the room wasn't cooling at all, even though the staff had checked it, but there was no change. The Wi-Fi network was difficult to access.
